    I had a blood test yesterday and I always feel nervous and anxious The nurse was calm and even asked if she could give me a hug.Blood was taken and today I no trace that she took my blood. I love it when I go to the surgery. and see Happy and friendly staff

    This was an annual health review and was conducted by a nurse. Well structured interview and I was able to ask questions. Blood pressure and weight noted, bloods taken and sent off for analysis, results are available in good time on the Patient Access app. Although I was a little late going in, it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Very friendly member of staff and I was confident with her abilities.

    Filled in the Anima form to be given a telephone appointment for 4 weeks time. That appointment was scheduled for today but was cancelled due to doctor being ill. They have rescheduled it for a further 4 weeks time which means 8 weeks for a telephone appointment. I tried calling the surgery and pressed to get a call back at 4pm as I was number 20 in the queue. Had a call back an hour later and been told to do another Anima form. Absolute joke!

    Dear Anonymous, I'm so sorry that your appointment was cancelled. We only do this if there are no other options, and unfortunately we had no capacity within the next four weeks to rebook you. If your symptoms worsen or your case becomes more urgent the best thing to do is to submit another Anima case so it can be re-triaged with the new level or urgency. Kind Regards, Vine Medical Group

    Had an appointment with the doctor this was fine explained every thing to me very well. I had to have some medication two prescriptions. When I went to the pharmacy to collect the prescriptions the doctor had only sent one, the pharmacist said I would have to contact the practice, waited on the phone for an hour then was cut off same thing the next day. Still haven’t be able to get in contact, this happens on a regular basis terrible service.

    I booked a blood test for 7th March which was cancelled due to staff issues, I couldn't contact them straight away but ended up going into the practise. The gentleman on reception was really good, booked me an appointment for the next day, which is really unusual for the practise. The nurse who took my blood was really lovely too, took blood very quickly and the appointment lasted less than 5 minutes. For a change I actually felt like I was being listened too and the staff were more than helpful, which is a change a prior to this getting an appointment was a long drawn out process where you have to wait at least 2 weeks to see a doctor or accept a phone consult. The new Anima system is useful, better than waiting on the phone, but it does feel very impersonal at times, but I understand that it speeds things up.

    Was told I have a telephone appointment. This arrived 1 hour late and then nobody spoke to me the end. Second time this has happened. They will then make excuses that it was a bad line but it was just to cut the queue down.

    Receptionist helpful and cheerful! Doctor thorough and pleasant The clinic in Milton Road had equally cheerful receptionists The phlebotomist nurse was wonderful, full of smiles and enthusiasm.
