Having needed to see the nurses on a regular basis, I have nothing but praise for all of them. They are kind, understanding and have helped me so much. When I have needed medication for a recent problem, the duty doctor has always been very quick to respond and help me. I’m very grateful.

A really organised and friendly clinic this morning. My own appointment was very quick and efficient but I especially impressed with logic prevailing and a couple in the waiting room being placed together at the same time, despite having different, separated times booked via the online system. Great staff.

Need a vaccine - they’ll see you as they get paid for each person they jab. Need an appointment? Forget it Impossible to get an appointment- have to go online at 8am. Depending on what you enter you’ll get told to go to A&E, ring 111. They have no capacity for ‘routine appointments’ although I requested one and my notes online say it’s been triaged & outcome is to give patient an appointment they then sent a text to say they have no routine appointments & to contact them if it gets ‘urgent’ Where is the duty of care, where is the code of ethics, where is the DRs!’ They are advertising on here that they are taking new patients why ?! When you refuse to see the ones you have!! They are also now using a new AI system to scan letters and I’ve heard it has made errors on a friends letter & miscoded her diagnosis. Lawsuit waiting to happen, Used to be a decent surgery but is now a disgrace.

I felt that the Dr really listened to what I was going through, asked plenty of questions and examined me there and then. They were really friendly and gave me next steps too

On arriving at the practise I was greeted by a very polite lady on the front desk ,waiting time was minimal ,the nurse I saw gave me the options on the treatment I could have had , the 2 injections I had were carried out swiftly ,May I say all the staff were very efficient and friendly

Took my little one for her 1 yr jabs yesterday and the nurse was so friendly so thorough and took attention to making it quick and painless for my little one. I was very impressed and my little one hardly made a fuss at all. Both her and her older brother who was in the room came away with a sticker and a smile.

Punctual as booked with helpful, knowledgable and friendly staff. I was able to go in for the jabs early and everything was clearly indicated in the waiting room. There wasn’t a long reception queue when I arrived so it was not necessary to wait long to book in.
