    After phoning and changing my appointment from morning to afternoon and receiving a text message confirming the appointment. It appears that the appointment wasn't put on the system. So after taking time off work and travelling the 4 miles to get to stakes lodge surgery. After showing the receptionist the confirmation text message I was told I couldn't see anyone today as I didn't have an appointment and I had to make another one. It's no wonder the NHS is going down the pan.

    As a person who has a full time job I fine the whole appointment booking experience very frustrating. There is no easy way to get through and make an appointment. After 2 days of trying I finally got to speak with someone and asked for a specific appointment with a Diabetic Nurse to discuss my treatment and some ongoing issues. On arriving at the appointment I discovered I had been booked to see a HCA which was a waste of my time and hers. I did manage to arrange the appointment I required but must wait 10 days to see someone.

    I had an appointment with a nurse to get results of my ECG and bloods taken. The nurse was friendly, patient and thorough. She took time to explain to me what my results were and what I should do to improve them and also how I can achieve that. She also arranged for a further review in a couple of months time. I now feel I can achieve better results.

    I attended an appointment yesterday & your receptionist was very helpful & showed me how to use your online system & an attach a photo to my file, she was very patient & knowledgeable 🙂

    The GP was lovely and patient with me during quite a difficult appointment. I went into the appointment very nervous but she was friendly and approachable. She listened, assessed me sensitively and made a clear plan to move forward. The receptionist who also helped me was also very kind.

    My doctor is absolutely brilliant,she always gives me thorough consultation and seems to be very successful in obtaining any further treatment I may need,also her professional manner,puts my mind at rest,I’m not sure if I’m allowed to mention her name,but her initials are C Z,thankyou doctor.
