I booked and paid for my vaccines, for my travels with plenty of time, and I’ve been messed about twice now turned up to my appointment waited over an hour both times without any complaints for the surgery to have no idea where my vaccine is, I’m now close to going and still 3 vaccines down. I completely understand isn’t the nurses fault but the surgery needs more organisation.

Recently visited with a considerable amount of symptoms and see a GP I have never seen before, he genuinely listened to all my concerns which was so helpful, sometimes you get the sense you are being a bit dramatic but for me it’s been ongoing for quite some time and I just need some answers, we both agreed all the symptoms are hard to pinpoint to one illness and the GP has ordered an X-ray which was completed in just 3 days, awaiting blood test and a stool samplecompleted and sent off, I left the appointment feeling like I had been listened to and that the right steps where being taken moving forwards, but what stood out the most to me was that even if the results didn’t show up anything the GP said we can then tackle the problems individually in a priority order, this is such a relieve that it won’t just get brushed aside and I feel confident I will get some answers for what I am going through. I would personally like to thank the GP for his patience and understanding.

I submitted an online form in relation yo my 4 year old and received a phone call within an hour offering an appointment a couple of hours ahead. The GP was incredibly good with my little one and was able to advise me accordingly despite not being able to diagnose the issue. He was great and went away feeling content that my child was ok and able to attend nursery

I had a very pleasant visit with a nurse last Monday, I had been worrying about memory loss and she reassured me that my problem was not too serious.

Had an appointment for 8:10 and I arrived around 8am in good time for my appointment. The nurse waltzed in around 8.25am with her Starbucks or Costa coffee and snack and 5-10 minutes later I was called in. No apology! As a patient, I make sure I arrive early for my appointments. If I was late, I probably wouldn't be seen. We deserve the same courtesy. If you cant start work at 8.10, don't make appointments for that time.

I went to Watrlooville Health Centre for a shingles vaccination. Waiting time was quite short, just a few minutes (but it was a Saturday). Injection itself was expertly done - almost painless.

Had an appt that the surgery changed the day from the Monday to the Wednesday it was set for 16.55 Didn't get seen until 17.25 I understand there may be delays but this is excessive.

Great getting appointment at my nearest practice, which sorry to say doesn't happen offen. Shame I had to wait 40mins past my appointment time to see doctor. Treatment good,( but never easy to get appointment, but taking new patients! ) it usually is though. The Dr's at forestend have literally saved my life on a couple of occasions and will always be grateful. 99% of other staff are good and pleasant 😊. Think surgery needs a face lift of a paintbrush
