    I went for a blood test to the Health Centre and the Phlobotomist was friendly and very Professional She was clearly an experienced girl who is a credit to the Practice

    Had a general health check with a polite friendly nurse who saw a human in the room and not a plastic dummy to practice on! Chatty and explained what she was doing and why.

    I had an appointment with the nurse at 9.30. I arrived at 9.25 only to still be waiting at 10. As I had another appointment elswhere at 10.30 I had to abandon the appointment and rebook. I also tried to book an appointment with a doctor and was told I had to do it online. Surely I can book with the practice as I am there. Overall not a positive experience

    I have had a complex set of issues that have been difficult to diagnose and I have been greatful for the doctors going the extra mile to help. My issues were thoroughly reviewed within a few days and I feel reassured that everything that can be done is being done to diagnose and treat my issues. Thankyou Vine Medical.

    I attended a routine nurse appointment, and had a medical problem whilst at the appointment. Nurse was very much in control of the situation and it was dealt with by her and a doctor immediately. Followed up with telephone calls during the afternoon. Excellent service.

    Firstly I received a message offering me an appointment 3 days in the past, I didn't bother chasing up since I was away. Approximately 1 month later I received another message reminding me of my upcoming appointment, at this point I figured out the first message was a typo. Almost always running late, 32 minutes late on checking in for my 0945 appointment, ended up more like 45 minutes.

    My experience was a little frustrating, I felt it could have been dealt with in a more efficient way. I do understand the wait times for appointments, (mine was almost six weeks), which is a complex issue, however my request for a telephone appointment and possible blood test form would have relieved some of the burden. There was a good discussion with the GP at a face to face appointment, and a clear plan for next steps, including choice of medications if this is needed. I will now return for a review, taking a second appointment, following a blood test! I had made a further request for a blood test before my initial appointment, and was telephoned and told to come in to any branch of the surgery where a form could be printed, but on visiting the surgery was told only the GP could do this. I have been a nurse for over 35 years and request blood tests for my patients on a daily basis, if practice nurses are not doing this, it is another inefficient use of their skills and further burden on the GP. I am hopeful that my GP review does not take a further six week wait.

    Injection appointment was on time, professional and friendly. The Nurse explained the procedure and answered all the questions before giving the injection.

    visited with shoulder pain on Tuesday, referred for Xray completed next day and results back following day, booked in for steroid injection Friday, all within a few days, excellent service and the GP was excellent too, thank you!
