Never seen on time, can never get an appointment when needed, never can send a prescription on time and especially when the item you need is urgently needed.

The doctor was helpful as they usually are and I would happily see this doctor again as helped with one problem but only one so I have to book again for each individual problem this is a real pain especially as the online booking is tedious and will time out if not you are not careful but trying to make a appointment by phone is nearly impossible as the booking line opens at 08:00 and will often close a couple of minutes later with the message try again tomorrow, so I have now given up trying by phone. Surely it would be better and quicker for all if the patients problems were discussed and diagnosed in one go especially for people who have difficulty getting their myself included.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for leaving us your feedback. Due to time constraints, there is often only time to deal with one problem in each appointment. We know this can be frustrating, but we have found it is the best way to ensure each problem is dealt with thoroughly, and that the appointments run on time. Clinicians will discuss further problems, if there is time to do so in the appointment. The form you fill in online, is the same as the one the call handler will complete with you over the phone. So we find, if you are able to, it is usually quickest to complete the online form yourself. Kind Regards, Vine Medical Group

Nurse grace was kind and graceful and did a wonderful job with my 3 year old son, the same cannot be said for the receptionist that was unexpectedly rude.

I accidently arrived 1 hour early at the health centre but they fitted me in. Lovely, friendly staff. Nurse who administered 2 vaccines so kind and caring.

When to both pharmacies in cowplain and no prescription was found on the nhs system will check back today as not urgent,doctors examination on child was fine

Nothing to say..... can never get to see a doctor, don't know why I pay National Insurance. Reception staff just have no idea at all. All I wanted to do was book an appointment to see a doctor..... nope they would not even do that for me!

Dear Mr Conquest, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. I'm sorry you've had a difficult time trying to request an appointment. Our reception team are under the instruction of the GP's to take the details of your request and then apply our protocols, or pass it to the duty doctor for assessment, to ensure you get the correct care. Due to unrelenting demand for our services we can no longer book doctors appointments without them being clinically triaged, as we need to ensure we are using all our resources as efficiently as possible. You can submit your own appointment request, without needing to speak to a receptionist by going online via our website and using our online platform, Anima. This can often be quicker than contacting us by telephone. Anima is open from 08:00 mon-fri. Kind Regards, Vine Medical Group
