I when for my COVID jab at the health centre off Milton Road, the receptionist was very pleasant and booked me in I sat for less than a minute before going into room 2, very nice people had my injection and left. No problems and now covered until the next one. Thank you.

Appointment for blood test was right on time. Super start and very quick results. Given the frequent criticism of the practice this’s was a breath of fresh air.

I came away knowing no more than going in. I was told that there is no help out there that they can access and advised to seek private physio! After working very hard all my life and bringing up my family, like most people and paying into the system, am told my doctors don't have the resources or 'know how' to help! Actually admitted to me that they know they have a bad reputation but she doesn't run the practice.... left me feeling flabbergasted to say the least. Not this persons fault, surely there's a better system to work with? For the staff and patients. If I came away feeling like this, how must it feel to work here? The person I saw said she will search through my notes to see how I was referred for the treatment I needed last time to see if she can help. Bless her for trying, so I'll wait... in pain constantly, trying to move forward somehow.

Although the GP was running an hour behind, I found this to be due to her attention to me as a patient and the detail of her examination, so must conclude that is how she deals with all her patients, a pleasant and professional doctor.

Had a health check appointment at 930am. Went back to receptionist after 40 minutes of waiting. Was told someone will see me shortly. Left an hour later(1030) with out been seen. ( work commitments) Everybody

Appointment cancelled twice, sent booking link to rebook, rebooted using link. Arrived for appointment to be advised wrong nurse booked(I followed link booking) another appointment made, waited over half an hour to be seen. This was for a simple appointment!! Total waste of time

We only cancel clinics if we have no other option, usually the result of unexpected staff absences. Generally, the link to rebook your appointment works well, as patients are able to choose a time and date that suits them. Historically I have had negative experiences with Vine medical group and have considered moving my family to a new practice. This has included referral to the wrong hospital department, poor telephone systems, unable to access care when 111 referred my husband to the GP, mix ups and delays with prescription requests. However, my recent experience has given me a glimmer of hope. The new online system seems to work much better and although I had to wait 4 weeks for a routine appointment it was face to face, the sign in system was efficient and easy to use and the doctor was very attentive and thorough. I felt listened to and came out feeling like I knew what my treatment plan was and what action to take if things were not working. Hopefully this is the sign of things changing for the better.

I contacted the practice for advice on the diabetic libre sensor and was given very helpful and detailed information and advice. I was also informed if I needed anything else to get in touch with the practice. The staff are always helpful and friendly and respectful to patients and always take time to listen to issues enquired about. I feel welcome every time and for me this is the perfect practice.
