I was called for my regular diabetes blood Gloucester test. I was able to book time that suited me within a reasonable timescale. The appointment was on time and blood was taken without any pain by a very nice nurse.

This visit was my second blood test in a matter of weeks and the staff, from the receptionist to the nurse were just amazing. I know people moan about the surgery but I left in a much better mood than I went in. The nurse that took my blood was diligent really friendly and helpful, even enquiring about a completely unrelated medical matter. Waiting time was negligible I was out within minutes. Thank you all

The nurse was very confident, very good attitude, and polite, able to answer my questions, understand my condition and listening but my appointment was a little late

The HCA was professional and I was glad to have my BP taken with a manual sphygmomanometer to give a more accurate reading

My experience with my GP pratice was very smooth. The reception staff are nothing but polite and welcoming and the GP herself was brilliant.

Nurse was lovely - waited 30 minutes but I guess that is standard - 2 nd shingles dose has knocked me sideways - feel terrible

Very pleased with the level of care provided. A very thorough examination of my issue took place by a doctor who demonstrated a caring and helpful approach. My criticism is not of the care provided but of the timeliness of appointment availability. I appreciate that 1000’s of patients across the country are faced with similarly lengthy waiting times to see health care professionals. After seeking treatment at an urgent care facility and getting an appointment to see an healthcare specialist I had to wait over a week to see an actual doctor. Are there too few doctors available? Too many patients? It seems like the triage process struggles to cope with patients needs. I really hope the next government prioritises public spending for the NHS because it’s long overdue

I had to wait 20mins after my appointment and climb2flights of stairs with really bad back pain , but the Doctor was very good indeed with my problem very thorough and booked a physio appointment for about 6 weeks time

Arrived for my sons appointment at 12:10 about 5 minutes early. By the time we were called in they were running about 45 minutes late, which meant anything I had booked afterwards needed rescheduling. Yes the nurse apologised, however that does not change the fact that it messed up the rest of our day on account of them not keeping to appointment times.
