Easy ample parking at the health centre.fairly empty spacious waiting room. Had to wait an extra 25min. When seen HCA was very efficient and friendly as well as the receptionist.

Easy to book blood test at surgery. Receptionist friendly and helpful. On day pleasant Receptionist. A little wait, but happy and friendly nurse. Efficient appointment. Pain free and no bruise!

Brilliant Doctor Her name evades me but started with N she was the best Dr l’ve seen for a long time as she never gave that talk that tells you it’s time to go and listened to all of my worries if only l could see this Dr for every appointment l would know l was a person that needs help and not had the door opened for me as my 10 minuets is up

I didn't have long to wait for my appointment and the nurse I saw was lovely and kind. Car park was full but no one in the surgery

I recently went in for a cervical screening and I was very impressed with the surgery and the nurse who performed the test. I didn’t have to wait too long to be seen and when I was seen by the nurse I was well informed regarding the screening process and made to feel comfortable. The process itself was done very quickly and made as painless as possible which I was very impressed with. Very good experience and I hope this review encourages people to get their own screenings done

GP was very thorough but was running about 25 mins late. GP was meant to send through some exercises but have not received them yet

I have not needed to see a doctor regularly for some time but this has recently changed. I was therefore unfamiliar with how the whole system now works. I found it quite stressful getting an appointment and gave up twice as system crashed and also timed out. I was also a bit confused about which button I should be pressing a couple of times and I wondered how some more vulnerable patients cope with getting to see a doctor. That said I received a call back as per system the same day and an appointment 2 weeks later. I have no complaints about the doctor/s who were helpful and courteous although it would be helpful for both to have a doctor with whom you were familiar but in a practice as large as this it's probably impossible. On arrival at the surgery I was seen within half an hour of my appointment which I think is perfectly reasonable and I did not feel rushed in my time with the doctor. The waiting room was surprisingly not very full given the current situation in obtaining a doctor's appointment possibly due to good management and the avoidance of transmitting infection. I did have occasion to speak with a practice receptionist prior to my appointment who was most helpful as well. The call back system saved waiting on the phone although it was a little disconcerting to hear that if I was not called back within stated parameters I would have to start over. Generally my experience was positive although like many I do miss talking to a real person especially because on reflection I realised some of the answers I provided were inaccurate on Anima.

I had to attend with my Blood Pressure figures taken during the last week. The surgery was well run, clean and the staff friendly. I went in with very little wait and the lady was friendly and the room clean and tidy. She took my Blood Pressure and I produced the ones I had taken. She asked that I take night and morning reading for the coming week and she would ring me to discuss them. It all went very smoothly.
