The nurse at the asthma.a clinic was polite and efficient. She changed my inhaler and explained how it worked and demonstrated how to use it She was a really pleasant nurse couldn't fault her

3 months ago I was overweight, drinking far too much and an extremely bad diet. At 71 years old age, I was heading for an early death. My doctor put me on Mounjaro Pen which has turned my life around. To date, I have lost over 2 and a half stone, and stopped drinking entirely. I also needed a left knee replacement but my BMI was too high. This has now gone down to an acceptable level and I have been put on the list. My blood count has also gone down significantly to reduce my diabetes medication. You hear only horror stories about the weight loss jab and I wanted to give you a success story

Took 3 days to secure an appointment. The doctor was very helpful, and efficiently made the necessary arrangements for an urgent referral to QA Hospital for Prostate testing.

It was a mid morning appointment, was prompt and was first time visiting since moving into the area First impressions when entering the consulting room felt uninviting, the Dr had her back to me and did not look around until I sat down. There was no feeling of the Dr being appoachable and I actually asked if she was having a bad day due to the blunt introduction. This doesnt put me off attending again, just giving my honest opinion and Im sure there were reasons behind it, but it just made me feel a little under valued as a patient

I was booked for blood test for feb 25 at 1138 am, after my first appointment was cancelled due to staff sickness. When its time to checked in. Receptionist said it has been cancelled. I said no one has told me. Receptionist said there was a text sent to my mobile as cancellation. I said I would have not turned up here and missing agency work if I had receive the cancellation text.

My appointment was with Oliver at Stakes Lodge Surgery. I felt comfortable talking to Oliver and was very impressed with his willingness to listen, offer advice and helpful manner. It’s was a reminder to me of how things used to be when you visited the doctor. Someone actually listening, talking to you, looking at you instead of a computer screen. Thank you Oliver

I was called at the time of my appointment, and the nurse was kind and caring - we had a friendly chat and she put me at ease. The blood testing was complete in a very short time and I was on my way again within a few minutes. We'll done Vine Medical Group for the efficient service. The only negative comment I can make is the lack of parking at the Forest End site.
