    Doctor took time to consider my issue and was helpful, patient and reassuring and as a result seeing me again in 8 weeks, to check symptoms are not worsening.

    I have been having blood tests for quite few months readings show stuff but I just get told have more blood tests I haven't been asked how I'm physically feeling since my gp Dr slade isn't at surgery for a while. I done thing online and get text message from gp surgery saying they are aware of my blood tests results and will be in touch for appointment when they have one available. Which I think it's poor when you need to find out what is happening. I keep talking with different GPS which isn't helpful as I can't keep speaking with different ones. I have been getting blurred vision with dizziness which gp is aware with elevated blood pressure. Just need to speak with gp and with same one. I would usually have a good review but since my gp isn't available things aren't so good

    Dear Sarah, I'm sorry to hear that you've seen multiple GPs as yours is currently unavailable. We do try to keep continuity when booking patients with GPs, although this isn't always possible. The next time you make an appointment request, please do state if you have a preferred GP, and if possible we will book you with them.     Very friendly and efficient experience at my surgery, as always. The Doctor put me at ease and answered my questions. I cannot thank them enough from the receptionist to the Doctor. Thank you.

    Practioner explained procedure/test in a clear, professional and reassuring manner. She was happy to spend time answering any queries, was not rushed, and displayed a high level of knowledge and confidence.

    I have arrived 15 minutes early and I thought I will have to wait but only 5 minutes later I was called. The nurse was very friendly and careful when working. I had blood sample taken and I didn’t feel any pain at all. I had to take my child with me but they didn’t mind . I definitely recommend the practice not only from this time but every time I have been there I had a good experience.

    I had no problems what so ever, checked in OK, didn't have to wait too long, nurses were friendly & welcoming. Explained everything on each process, came out Happy and relaxed

    When really needed them, they came through. Wading through the online system is time consuming but couldn’t fault the near instant phone call confirming an appointment time. Lengthy wait for doctor was worth every minute to be discussing my concerns/health issue with a professional that gave me their time, care and compassion. It felt like a doctor experience of the past, real care and attention.

    After completing my application on Anima, I was contacted within a day and given an appointment within a reasonable time. My GP was a skilled professional who seem to genuinely care and made good effort to understand my problem and adviced for the next course of action including appropriate tests and further investigations.
