Just had an appointment today, got to the practice at 8:10am and booked to be seen at 9:40 by my doctor at the holborn road. From the reception desk to the doctors, I don't have anything to complain. Always so nice and attentive, it's a pleasure going there.

The practice officer dealt with the problem I experienced submitting a weekly blood pressure monitoring form quickly and efficiently. The doctor reviewed it and responded quickly which reduced my anxiety enormously. This was all greatly appreciated.

Great practice nice kind doctors that are attentive and responsive. However practice wait times for appointments and booking appointments are major issues. 3 weeks for a phone call is just ridiculous

Dear Patient thank you for your feedback, we are pleased to learn that you find our doctors kind, attentive and responsive, they do work very hard to ensure that we provide the best care and efficient service. Unfortunately, there is a very high demand for appointments, but we try our best to ensure patients are seen as soon as possible. We do offer walk-in face-to-face appointments and telephone consultations on a daily basis. We also have pre-bookable appointments every day, you can book by telephoning or by coming into the surgery in person and talking to the receptionist. I will pass this to the rest of the team.

Customer service could improve but it's not bad. I had issues getting an appointment but got call back and it was resolved.
