    Have used the EConsult system twice now, and completely satisfied. No waiting on the phone hours and got a xall from doctor within 24 hours as specified .

    I saw the 2 nurses that I see every 12 weeks for my B12 injection. They are always friendly and cheerful. I find the receptionists at Tilbury pleasant to deal with too.

    The service from your receptionists. They always gone above and beyond whenever I’ve had to call and have been so kind to me which is so important in times where compassion is needed. I lived in Chelmsford and the receptions often made me cry as they were so rude and discaring. I’ve never had that since moving to Chadwell.

    Went for appointment they said i had worng time but iam 100% sure i was right time becouse i could have made it earlier so woud have book it and just said you missed it and dont offer to give me a different one

    Why I don’t know you cannot pre book an appointment to see a doctor, especially when the person has a busy schedule. I spent most of the time I had off going from place to place and still back to square one. My honest opinion A SHAMBLES.

    Econsult was a nightmare entered my problem, being dizzy, headache and feeling sick, then the next question was how long had I had indigestion so I couldn’t go any further. Finally saw a young lady dr who I felt was very good

    I use the e consult service all the time. Due my health I struggle to get to the surgery at 8am to try an appointment & wait times can be very long. E Consult is easy. Go to the page, answer questions about the issues & the next day I gey a call from the surgery for a face to face appointment or the issue is resolved on the call with referrals, as it was today. I would recommend using it if you can, no queuing at 8am & long queue waits on the phone.

    Used econsult system for the very first time and got a phone call from the doctor within the time specified and he see my husband within 2 hours of calling, much better than having to get up early and sit on the phone for ages then to be told no appointments left! Will definately use again.
