I dont fond this service useful. I had a phone appointment booked in for 9.15 this morning but unknown to me they changed it to face to face which i cannot attend as im very ill with a chest infection on 2 lots of antibiotics and cant breathe properly. If they actually take notice of patient files then they will see a letter from thw hospital regarding this.

Dear Emma, I am very sorry to read that you are unwell. It is important that the Practice is able to assess you in person, and especially so if you are struggling as you have described. We have your best interests and wellbeing at heart and offer apologies if our communication of your face 2 face appointment has fallen short. Best regards, Sharon Hogarth, Managing Partner and Director, College Health

Dear Patient I am sorry that you have not received a good experience at the practice. I have reminded the team leads to be inform their teams to be more vigilant when booking appointments and also to keep aware of patients waiting in the waiting room and liaising accordingly if clinician's are/were running late etc. Kindest regards Sara Hitchen Head of Primary Care

Can't get an appointment, especially on the phone, seems the only way to get an appointment is go to the surgery for 8am. Not good for people who can't make it for that time. Plus not everyone as the internet. Kindest Regards

Dear sirs, i phoned Mon morning at 8am, and could not get an appointment in the allotedtime. I then phoned Tuesday at 8am, and after waiting 55 mins was told there were no bookable appointments, and to phone Weds. I then told the opperator that i was desperate to see a doctor, and after a conversation with her, she said i would get a call back. Someone called later that day and i eventually managed to see a doctor. I am 75yrs of age, and have some serious health issues over the last two yrs, and in that time i have learnt that making a doctors appointment causes me stress, and anxiety. If your department insists that making an appointment can only be done between the ours of 8 to 9 am, then you should be able to access an appointment. Not to be told to phone back on the 3rd day, and try again. If the system that is being used cant be accessed then i believe that it is not fit for purpose

Doctor are not professional, I don't think its real doctor. I asked to check my heart to do Electrocardiogram. He told me that somebody will call me, but nobody did. I'm still waiting. (One week). Its verry difficult to trust anybody in this clinic.

ACP took time to investigate and relevant checks prior to prescribing treatment. Very professional, approachable and knowledgeable.

No available appointments! All my life I’ve been able to make an appointment up to 3 weeks in advance but for some reason since Covid I’ve got to get up first thing in the morning to make an appointment! This isn’t helpful at all when I work late hours and unable to get up at that time in the morning! Been known to be in a que on the phone for well over half an hour in the day time and make my way on foot to the surgery to find non of them on the phone!!

I don't believe in ' No reply means all is Ok ' I feel that a phonecall or text is better than not hearing nothing at all. Letters get lost which may have important information in. I have been a cancer patient since 2017 and not once has "my GP" asked how I am do I need anything, when I mention this they have not even read my notes.
