I'm an anxious patient when visiting the GP, which is not often. Was reasonably easy to get an appointment today. Short wait, GP introduced himsekf by first name. Listened and made me feel cared for. Blood test immediately by another very good health professional.

The member of staff was very helpful and explained the treatment that I was having. They are always polite and very friendly.

I have a therapist helping me and I am not doing so well at the moment, she suggested making appointment with doctors, she could send them review and they were obligated to get in touch to encourage me to make an appointment, they actually rang on the same afternoon and advised me to call at 8am tomorrow & can arrange a phone appointment to review my medication, I was very impressed all dealt with so promptly

I gave a blood sample for PSA test to be carried out.The practice nurse who carried out the procedure was quick and efficient in her work.Any action taken by the practice following receipt of results will determine my level of satisfaction overall

Appointment dealt with on time, practise nurse was efficient and friendly giving helpful advice. The waiting area and treatment room was very clean and tidy.

.Last visit for diabetics with nurse conducted with confidence and reassurance I talked about the problem also nail problem and dry skin on feet have bought cream for feet and have treatment for my toe nails .

My 7 year girl with temp and water leaking from head waiting for call back 3 week. We use walking centre and hospital. After 3 weeks they call to book appointment for next week that it’s joke. Don't use them. Place like this shouldn’t exist.

On time, efficient, excellent service, couldn’t wish for better care. The surgery is clean, plenty of seating, receptionist are keen to help.
