Polite , always willing to listen does take a while to get an appointment ,easy to talk to ,this phonecall business is not easy. Will it ever get back to normal.

Every time I need the services of the surgery I get considerate service this morning I had the flue jab quick prompt service with due care and attention and that’s all you need to feel you matter

I came here on 7th October for my prearranged flu jab. The Receptionist was friendly and polite. I had a short wait before I was called through to receive my jab from my Doctor which was quickly and efficiently done and I was outside after a total of only 10 minutes from my arrival.
