    I used Patches to contact the practice at 8am I received an message with an appointment on the same day , at 8.30 the appointment time was met and I saw the doctor I requested examination and diagnosis spot tests to be carried out picked up prescription from the in house pharmacy A really positive experience.

    Everyone is very helpful, considerate and supportive. The GP’s are thorough. They are very professional. Work really hard. Discuss your complaint enabling patients to have abetter understanding of their health issues.

    I have always had great experience mostly with my 2 year old. It is quite busy but for vulnerable people they do try to find a slot. Have been happy with all the staff, nurses and doctors so far.

    I contacted the surgery via Patches at approximately 1:30pm and within the hour was offered a face to face appointment for later the same afternoon. I was in and out of the appointment within 20 minutes! Thank you

    The Receptionists are very courteous. You are seen as quickly as possible even before your estimated time . All of the Doctors are very conscientious. The patients are very important to the Staff . Seeing your own GP is preferable because he or she knows you without checking your notes from his computer which happened when I was last at the Clinic .

    When it's available Patchs is very good for same day appointment or advice. Pity some days it's not available. You need to try as soon as it opens in the morning. GPs vary, some are excellent.
