I contacted the practice about an on-going problem. I was given an appointment this morning. I saw a GP with specialised knowledge who was able to address the issue immediately so I do not have to wait months for a hospital referral. This is truly excellent service, which cannot be bettered.

This is a practice that shows respect and empathy to individual needs and problems. Although they are overwhelmed with the amount of patients they see every day, they cope remarkably well and know how to prioritise.

A good service overall - Patchs system seems to work efficiently, My family and I, have promptly seen and treated by clinicians - most GP's and clinical staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and think outside the box, they are open to discuss treatment plans and are willing to actively listen and go that extra mile to follow up or review, in addition, I have noticed that most have a compassionate bedside manner, all which are a rarity in today's fast paced results driven world.

Sent Patch’s request in at 8am. Given GP appointment same day. GP arranged prescription for antibiotic and arranged appointments for blood test, X-ray, nurse same day.

Waiting time for my appointment was more than 15 minutes. Always I need to ask reason why I am waiting long time to be seen by the doctor. Sometimes more than 20 minutes after the established appointment hour.

I have been given the most upmost care and all the doctors and nurses have been so understanding. All my appointment times have been almost on time, no more than 5- 10 mins of waiting.

Sign in is easy. Plenty of seats with water if needed. TV calling system wasn't working so the doctors had to come out and call people. Only a few minutes late. Loveliest doctor, really cares and looks at the whole picture and willing to help sort not just fob you off with a quick pill.
