The E-Consult needs to be reviewed to make it easier to use. For example, if your doctor wants a follow up review consultation, one has to go through the rigmarole of filling in multiple irrelevant questions.

Many thanks for your review, we appreciate your feedback. We are still the early stages of introducing the new online total triage and it is helpful to receive feedback from our patient using this so we can look at patterns in issues raised. We appreciate it is change for us all but we believe it and it has proven to be a great benefit.

The nurse I saw was friendly and well informed and the receptionist helpful sorting out a query I had. Hard to maintain this when under constant pressure so I appreciate it all the more. Thank you

There is so much to discuss which is complex and emotional and my appointment felt extremely rushed and slightly insensitive. I would love to see a women’s’ health clinic where GPs could give more time to this issue

We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your appointment, we do offer group menopause clinics which run for 2 hours and cover lots of topics. Please contact reception to join one of these if you wish

I am lucky enough not to have had to use the NHS for a number of years but recently my health has been impaired, and the surgery have been swift and supportive in their care. I was advised to have a blood test but booking was 2 weeks down the line. A quick e-consult and the Doctor called me within 2 hours to arrange a same day urgent blood test and medication.

I had a call from a doctor yesterday who was empathetic - she listened. This contrasts dramatically with our previous experience a week ago when the GP was as cold as ice as my son sat faint, nauseous, emaciated and as weak as a kitten and as I asked for her help and advice. A truly awful experience.

I submitted online request for a consultation. Got call back same day scheduling an appointment within 10 days. This resulted in a further appointment for treatment in approx 3 weeks time. Treatment awaited

In notes of telephone conversation on 8 th May 2024 Dr.wrote that I had knee operation in 2009 instead of Evaaar operation on my aorta which is what ruptured on 15 th March 2024 and was repaired in Bedford hospital and for which follow up CT and Angiogram scans are required-locally because of the danger of Catastrophically low bp resulting from long travel-sickness induced vehicle journeys.However he has undertaken to arrange them locally.

I had booked a telephone appointment to speak to the Dr regarding test results. I was not phoned at the time booked and have not been called since. Typical shoddy service which seems to be the fault of the receptionist booking the call.
