    Disappointed that after waiting 3 weeks for a telephone appointment, they only called once. When you are working, you can’t always answer!

    After a stressful wait my appointment with ….. was really good. She was professional, kind and knowledgeable. She put me at ease and and explained what she was doing. I left the surgery very happy and relieved.

    The level of attention applied to my ongoing issues by the doctor looking after me has been exemplary. His knowledge and advice has without doubt enabled me to manage my medication regime , as has his cheerful and thoughtful personality. Many thanks.

    Always a good service , efficient & professional . The staff are friendly & helpful . I’d like to suggest an improvement to the call back service. Do you have a policy for call backs? I was called at 8.30am and was in the shower . I waited until 5.30pm for the call back . I was looking after grandchildren and felt it was so inconvenient to wait all day. Can I suggest you make a second call immediately following the first missed call to allow the patient to find phone , get out of shower, put children somewhere safe etc . I twice called back and the queue was 3 which could have been half an hour so just couldn’t hang on.

    My physio appointment has been cancelled twice in succession. Once while I was in the surgery waiting room for one said appointment. The second was directly following a text confirming my appointment. Even though the surgery is open on a Saturday for physio apparently there is no reception staffed so it falls again to me to go out of my way to rebook and again wait within a queue to receive the care my en consult and follow up call said was important for me to be seen … 3 weeks and counting. Unreliable service
