    When I arrived I was greeted by a lovely reception team who answered all my questions and signed me in. The GP I met listened to all my questions and was extremely helpful in offering screenings. My appointment was long overdue and I felt very reassured by the quality of service that I received. Thank you to all the team!

    Physio doctor did not turn up on the day. No reason given. Staff kindly booked new appointment but now left in discomfort for a week.

    I have not seen this GP before. She was easy to talk too, knew the reason for my visit and gave me helpful advice. I was very satisfied.

    The Doctor took time to understand my concern and consulted with colleagues to offer advice and care. I was very impressed with how thorough the doctor was as well as bring compassionate.

    After recovering from the problem caused by the update to security software on 19 July 2024, the practice very quickly contacted me to rebook an appointment with a GP to review my blood pressure. The appointment went very well and was on time - I was not kept waiting. The GP who saw me was exemplary in her dealings with me. I was very satisfied with the appointment and I was able within minutes to collect the revised prescription from the local pharmacy.

    Impressed with the thorough asthma review which led to an appointment with the doctor on the same day. Both practitioners took their time and made me feel like they cared about my health.
