Continued excellent, professional service from this great local practice. The Doctors and nurses and all staff at the practice are always polite, helpful and professional and am grateful and thankful that Iver Medical Centre is my local GP.

Friendly receptionists and always helpful and go out off their way to help me. Neve had any issues that could not be solved or resolved. Politeness goes along way 10/10

I found the reception staff very helpful.on explaining the condition I had in 24 hours I was able to see a doctor and 48 hours later I was having minor surgery. The level of help and support was amazing. 10 out of 10.

She is very patient even I was late as I turned up to wrong surgery and she was very helpful and kind to me. She also let me lie down on the bed while did my blood test. I love her service.

Telephone waiting, impossible to get appointment and rude receptionist who lack experience. I had to wait 25 to 45 minutes for receptionist to answer phone on several occasions.

Always very helpful. My last medical issue was organised and sorted out so quickly that I think that level of service would be hard to beat. The treatment included a hospital visit as well as daily treatment from the surgery's nurse for over a week. Ten out of ten.
