As usual, I was met with a smile from the reception to the treatment room. Everyone is kind and makes sure that you feel at ease.

Very impressed with the new lady doctor - really listened to me and my issue and took time to explain treatment, giving reassurance. Only complaint is that I pay for my prescriptions and I got 6 tablets for £9. Will soon need a second job as this is proving to take longer to treat than hoped for.

Reception was generally helpful and sympathetic, although some trainees appear inexperienced. Experienced doctors available as well as short term training doctors which often gives the practice a fresh opinion. On this appointment I was seen by a training doctor, she did the necessary checks and although was not able to form a diagnosis, she took the necessary tests to get tested, which eventually confirmed a diagnosis. Caring staff and thorough performance are important qualities.

My recent experience of the practice post-covid has been good. I have not had to wait and there have been no delays when I have recently visited the practice for 2 appointments.

All was fine the only issue is when trying to get through on the phones or trying to book a face to face routine appointment. I work so rang a few times late afternoon and was told I need to call back the following morning at 8:30am. More flexibility should be given for people working Monday to Friday.

The doctor took time to understand my symptoms, discussed options and actually looked at me rather than at the screen when I spoke to him. I didn't feel hurried as I have felt in the past.

The staff in iver practice are very rude especially the receptionists , as for the appointments you can not get one

Receptionist was polite and efficient, she was particularly kind to a patient in front of us who was struggling with mobility. Nurse who did the vaccinations was very kind and friendly, informative and made sure I understood everything I needed to. Thank you to everyone involved.
