It’s a very good idea, in an urgent or necessary situation there a phone appointment available. Which saves time for both sides and the issue also solved.

Got appointment on the day I rang and nurse very helpful with my scalp issue and got medication on same day

I had a registrar and found him very helpful and gave me good information on what the issue was, was also very quick to send out leaflets that would help with exercises I could do

I have always found the practice and staff excellent even when covid was at its peak I had my blood tests and able to see a doctor when required
