    Telephone consultation happened extremely quickly after bring 17th in the queue. Prescribed after conversations, action very quickly.

    Made an appointment for phone call appointment and it got brought forward a week which I wasn't expecting because they were fully booked which is understandable

    Dear patient Thank you for your review. Appointment waiting times is a massive challenge for our service and we try our best to offer a range of appointments across the next week to 10 days. Our call handlers are trained to record information provided by the patient and ensure they are booked into an appropriate appointment.     Calming expert relaxed treatment and care, from reception to the doctor and her nurses. Treatment was faultless and calm..despite me being nervous.

    The doctor visits every month and has been caring and professional. The practice nurses and nurse practitioner have been very good

    A letter was sent from my physiotherapist at chapel allerton hospital (leeds) to the surgery; requesting that I be prescribed some medication for an ongoing medical condition.The said letter was post marked 18th November 2022.After several calls to the surgery enquiring about the requested medication, I'm yet to receive anything.

    Dear Gideon Thanks for leaving a review to let us know about your recent experience. I'm sorry to hear that communication from hospital to surgery was not as efficient as you would have hoped. I have asked a member of our team to contact you about this so we can fully investigate the matter and learn if there was any way we could have done better. We don't have control over letters being sent out from hospital and other organisations, but these can be sent electronically also, or patients can bring a paper copy to the surgery. Please be assured we do have a robust process in place for processing this type of correspondence, but we will look into this matter to ensure the process was followed.     Great staff, good facilities,things are done in a timely manner,nothing too much trouble,reviews are kept up to date questions about improvements are always asked,couldn’t find a better practice in my opinion

    I had great service with my visit to the practice today. From the phone call where the receptionist professionally and efficiently made me an appointment for the same day, to the doctor who quickly diagnosed my condition, and arranged my treatment. Thank you!
