I cant describe adequately how disappointed i am It’s impossible to get an appointment to the point of not even trying Long term conditions that are detrimental to health are completely overlooked The only help i have had from this practice has been from the pharmacy team who have done everything they could But overall just terrible a terrible practice

No duty of care shown. Really disappointed in service. Communication is shocking and sensitivity to condition was at a zero. Never seen by the same person. Obvious that whoever sees me does not read any medical history beforehand. Have called multiple times asking to be seen regarding my mental health and directly referred to external services without my knowing because they do not want to deal with it. Online services is shocking and makes it more obvious they cannot be bothered to deal with people over the phone or take on appointments. Overall has made me lose complete faith in GP services.

I am unable to identify you from your review, but I feel it is important that you make contact with the surgery directly now to discuss your recent experience with one of our senior members of staff. I will be more than happy to investigate the particulars of your comments to understand what might have gone wrong. I would ask you to be mindful that primary care and front-line healthcare is not only provided by our GP surgery. There are many specialist and dedicated services to support patients - especially for things like mental health and musculoskeletal problems. I'm sorry if this hasn't been explained properly to you. I was fast tracked through a set of appointments. Reception are so much improved polite and efficient and not rude and ignorant. Well done on making this change. The gentleman on the desk when I attended was brilliant. Although some follow-up appointments I have to wait a little longer for but that's fine. Overall a good experience

Yet again used this practise been with grange 68 yrs the staff were all very caring and the GP heard my concern and acted immediately resulting in getting sorted out immediately with a hospital consultation well done to all concerned you literally saved my life

I phoned in the morning to book an appointment and was offered an appointment within 2 hours of my phone call. Excellent service. However, when I arrived, I had to wait 55 minutes before I was seen. That was frustrating but at least I got to see a GP the same day I phoned and for that, I'm grateful.

Listened to the problem I had and explained possible options that can help me. Now closer to finding the root cause rather than my problems being dismissed with no answers. Would definitely recommend this practice, staff are very friendly and welcoming too!

Rang for another appointment after the medication prescribed the previous week had no effect. Was told I could only have a phone call from the pharmacist as I had already seen a doctor and this was procedure. Wasn’t happy and had to make a further 2 phone calls and a visit to the practice and wait 3 days before I received the call only to be told that I needed to see a doctor. My last previous visit to the doctor for an illness was probably 20 years ago so I was not impressed as it was now the weekend and had to wait again, so from my phone call to getting any help was almost a week.
