The receptionist tried in every way to get me an appointment but they could only get me in on a Saturday but that was alright with me as long as I could get to see a doctor which I didn't have to wait long either very well done

Was seen promptly following online request. Very impressed and when I attended I didn't have to wait long. The practitioner was thorough and made me happy with the handling of my symptoms and recommended investigations.

Since joining the GP practice last year I have now had a single good thing to say about the GP’s there. 9/10 I have been left feeling belittled and upset. When I was informing the GP of my sons health he told me to stop talking and let him examine, I felt belittled and I was made to feel I had brought my son in for no reason. Another time when I was pregnant with my son, I had a telephone consultation regarding my morning sickness, the GP basically told me to get use to it. I’ve had many other experiences at this GP practice which have not sat right with me hence I will be changing practice. I would not recommend this practice.
