I don't have any serious complaints just that on this occasion I rang to obtain test results after receiving a text message but had some difficulty in telling what the Receptionist said as her English was not great. I gathered that my liver and kidney function are normal but I have to see the doctor about one of my results though I didn't catch which result that was, and I was told I need another blood test that is now booked but I didn't hear what it is for. Not to worry though as I'm sure all will become clear when I've had the next blood test and then spoken with the doctor.

The Grange Group Practice are a wonderful team. It is a welcoming well thought out practice, a one stop hub where you can get all your health needs recognise and dealt with. It was my first appointment at the surgery and I was nervous but I had no need to be. The receiptionist was so understanding. The consultation with the Nurse Practicer was like a breath of fresh air. She was caring and thorough, as was the Doctor, who saw me afterwards. The most important thing was that they listened to my health concerns, tried to find a pathway care and resolve any issues. The Administration manager came and personally informed me that I had an appointment at the local hospital coming and gave me the paperwork. The receiptionist helped by opening and encouraged me when I struggled with walking. The Nurse knew I couldn't walk any further and came and did my bloods. I worked for the n.h.s for over 20 years and I've never felt so proud. I think this is would have made Anenrin Bevan proud too. Thank you the Grange Group Practice.

Great staff, always very quick to respond, love the fact that I work on my compter and can communicate via patchs rather than having to wait on the other end of the phone.

Over the last few months I have found communication with the practice so much easier and I have been pleased with the level of communication with all staff, from reception to treatment. For a long time I felt that contact with the practice was not easy but there has been a definite positive change recently.

Getting an appointment is impossible these days, only time i seem to get anywhere is when i use the patches website

I've been a patient with The Grange for over 5 years, and have found them to be reliable, helpful and extremely efficient dealing with my queries. Appointment times and dates are always arranged at my convenience, and I've found the staff to be polite and courteous whenever I evdealt with the hem.
