Arrived at surgery a little early. Signed in easily. Wait a few minutes and was called into room. Welcomed by nurse who did a blood test and then ECG explaining the ptocedure if necessary. Out of the surgery very quickly. Happy with how i was treatedStraiht forward.

Answered phone fast and got an appointment for 30 mins after the call very impressed by how fast they could get me seen and how polite the staff are.

Test results for sugar levels for my partner are very high despite being on medication. Cannot get an appointment for a month!!! Only 1 diabetic nurse specialist in the practice. Ridiculous, only needs prescribed a different tablet, can a doctor not do this instead having to wait a month with an already high reading. Not acceptable at all.

Appointment on time. Diagnosis was very good. Referral to Doctor as follow up to diagnosis was done in good time

I filled out an online form and they got back to me almost instantly and booked me an appointment. The Practice has really changed how they used to do things and have upgraded in terms of all of their services
