    Very busy practice, reception always very polite. Need to put more information out about what is available online, appointment, forms etc.

    I had surgery in June and the aftercare I received from the Grange group staff was fantastic. I was helped with emergency appointments, call backs and sick notes. The service was very efficient. I was guided through how to use the online service and received responses really quick. The staff are very friendly and eager to help.

    Great service and friendly staff.even though I got attended to a bit late,am happy for the service I received. They explained to me what I needed to do regarding my health and they booked me straight away for my further appointment.

    The last GP that I was scheduled a telephone consultation with was not helpful and lacked empathy. She outrightly refused to guide me and or provide clarity, I was totally disappointed. I believe great customer service should be evident in all sectors, inclusive of the health sector which is most sensitive. It will be great if this is reviewed and addressed.

    I have stayed away from the Dr's for over a year because I could never get any joy with call backs or Dr's. But I was in agony this week so I phoned the surgery. I was surprised that I got straight through, the staff were friendly and helpful and that is what you need when you are not well ! I had a choice of face to face ora call back, I chose face to face. The doctor I saw was very personable and put me at ease at once. He explained what was wrong and what my treatment would be and added a follow up a week later. I don't know what has happened in the past year but it is all positive so keep it up !! I will now be calling the Dr's if I need help and know it will be a positive outcome !!

    The nurses at this practice are excellent. I have always had very positive times whenever I have been seen by a nurse. Almost impossible to see a Doctor!!

Please be assured we have one of the largest multidisciplinary clinical teams in Huddersfield, and we have diversified our range of skilled clinicians to improve patient access. I'm pleased that we have recently been able to recruit 3 new GPs into the team, after years of not being able to recruit.     Recently I've needed alot if help with medication prior to an operation. Reception staff have been very helpful as have pharmacy. Many thanks. The improvement that's taken place over the last 12 months is wonderful

    I went for a blood test last week and received really excellent service. Staff were polite and reassuring. The Grange has improved 100% over the past twelve months really well done

    I attempted to order a repeat prescription via the NHS app, first it was blocked then appeared to go through. I went to my usual pharmacy three days later, they had no trace of it. I was told to phone the practice which I did on the afternoon of May 16th. I was told it was too late to be processed that day but that it would be available late on the 17th. I managed to collect it on 18th at lunchtime, the day one of my medications ran out. I suspect the app blocked the prescription as I'm overdue for a medication review but the last time I was due for one I was told the practice had paused doing them. My concern is in order to sort this out I had to make a fruitless visit to the pharmacy and then have to chase the prescription.
