Visited the surgery to see gp. The doctor took time so I felt special. Was pleased with the outcome and treatment given. Returned the following week for test with the nurse. Again a positive visit. She was friendly and professional

Had a great experience staff are friendly and was dealt with quickly and considerately every where looked clean and well maintained and the advice was appreciated

I attended for a blood test taken in on time very polite and efficient member of staff, this blood test was arranged quickly without a long delay.

I made an appointment for my son & on the day it was cancelled by surgery & text sent t me askin to ring surgery to rearrange. Rang surgery & was told to do the whole patches again. Nothing ever is straight forward anymore always longway round.

Dear Tasneem I'm sorry to hear about this issue with your appointment being cancelled and being asked to submit another patches. I understand this must have been frustrating. I have asked a member of staff to investigate this incident so we can learn what we could have done better. Generally excellent practice, my last appointment wasn’t so much. I’m currently off work due to bullying/harassment, my mental health is very low due to this to be asked by a gp to arrange a meeting with the very people doing this to me right now hasn’t helped. I am in no way ready to go back to work yet and worrying about not being able to have a sick note to help me financially hasn’t helped me.

Telephone was answered promptly and the person dealing with my call arranged for a doctor to ring me back. The doctor rang back within about an hour dealt with my problem and issued a prescription I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to speak with the doctor.

Appointment was on time, and the doctor was thorough and helpful. The communication between the surgery and the dispensing chemists is very poor.

changed insulin via nurse at princess royal she sent a message on s1 but i had to call the practice a few times to get it.. was told by reception.. sorry i cant do that .so wen i asked who will she stated our pharmacy team. seriously i dont really care my request was for the insulin change & request sent to grange pharmacy. How hard can that be. everything is long winded with the surgery. 3 or 4 calls later i received 1 vial still waiting for insulin to last me at least a month, now i have to ring pharmacy every week because i have given up trying, however having said that i still believe its a good surgery & we can all learn from the past to improve the future.
