    More knowledgeable GP's that advise and help instead of saying that they are not sure. More face to face appointments available as you cannot show what you are suffering with over a phone call. Receptionists that are not rude to people and put the phone down.

    Poor communication. Getting medication on repeat is a stressful experience every time. There is always a problem, forgotten items, ignoring notes. Every interaction with this practice is stressful. Communication needs improvement, I get texts which I cannot respond to that I have questions about instead of a quick call from the practice which will enable me to get my questions answered. Instead emails and texts come across as patronising.

It's a shame to hear that you feel every interaction with the practice is stressful and that our texts and emails come across as patronising. This is certainly not what I expect for our patients and I would be happy to investigate these issues fully.     I recently had to have repeat blood tests. These also came in as abnormal and another appointment has been made. Not really understanding what it all meant, the receptionist made me a telephone appointment with the Advanced Practioner to call me and explain. She did and explained what the problem might be and was able to stop the initial panic I felt and was able to reassure me. I really appreciate the time the surgery gave me

    The form asks what type of appointment you would like. As I was having trouble with my eyes I requested a face to face. I didn’t even get a phone call, just a message.

    Dear patient I'm sorry to have received your 1-star review and feedback about your recent experience of the Practice. This is not what I would expect for our patients. Please call and discuss this matter with a member of our team. We will be happy to investigate the matter. However, please be aware that some problems (such as acute eye problems) can and should be seen in an Optician service, under the PEARS scheme. This would offer an appointment to be seen within 24-48 hours and they would be the most appropraite service for new eye problems. Kind regards DS

    Appointments are not available even for 14days, if you get appointment,it is changed without informing the patient,some times even cancelled the appointment without information,and you come to know about this cancellation on reaching the surgery. But we are sticking to this surgery only because of the doctor whom I visited yesterday,who is very professional,caring and has sound medical knowledge. We highly appreciate the services of this doctor. Also expect the management to improve the poor management.
