    The staff work very hard under the circumstances, and don’t let the pressure get to them, I recently went for a blood test and it was painless! The person that took my blood was polite, professional, and affable

    Specifically requested a male doctor on the online form as was uncomfortable being seen by a female doctor for my issue. Got a text message confirming appointment and it would be by a male doctor, however when got to the surgery I was seen by a female doctor instead, felt awkward and was not happy with this and no explanation given by the doctor as would have seen my request for a male GP

    Dear patient I'm sorry to have recieved your review and to hear that we had not been able to book you in with a GP of your choice. I will remind the team that we should pay extra attention to this. On occasion, appointments may have to be moved, but I will recommend the team make clearer notes when booking a gender-specific problem so this doesnt happen again. It would be helpful to have more information from you so we can fully investigate this and provide specific and targetted feedback to those invovled. Please call us and speak to a senior member of the team to provide your name and date of birth and date of the appointment.     Requested a repeat blood test. Done in 2 days. Notified of results the next day. Never had any problems with either online or face to face services. My health has improved since they referred me to a lifestyle app

    People are really friendly and understanding and timing is always on point and they try their best to put your health at top priority and being sure to not be judgemental of symptoms and respond with complete comfort and support during the process.

    I rang in the a.m. and was given an appointment the same afternoon. I only waited five mins or so on arrival and was seen by a friendly, helpful health professional. The only bug bear I have is the privacy at reception. I.e having to give your d.o.b. in the hearing of anyone in the waiting room.. Data protection should be practiced, but, all in all, very good service. Thankyou

    After trying to call GP for appointment for a chest infection for a week and being unable to get through on the phone I had yo register for paces which was a rediculous experience taking me half hour to register and get through the many rediculous questions , was informed some one would Probably contact me within 24 hrs. After waking up the next morning with chest pains and calling 111 I was advised to go to a and e straight away. A and e outcome was I had a bad chest infection and pulled muscles in chest from prolonged coughing and was prescribed antibiotics. Half a day after arriving home from a and e received a text from doctors saying they thought a face yo face appointment was needed and to log back in to pace to arrange. Rediculous waste of time and disgusting that could not manage to get a prescription for antibiotics from doctors had to go to a and e

    Dear patient I'm sorry to receive your 1-star rating and feedback from your recent experience of the Practice. It's unusual you feel you couldnt get through to speak to us on the phone - we have been working very hard on answering calls quicker, and have received a lot of positive feedback for the same. Unfortunately chest pains can indicate a very serious problem, and A&E might be the best place to go and recieve urgent care. I'm sorry that you have been disappointed with your recent experience. I would be more than happy to investigate this incident fully and try to understand how we might have delivered a better experience for you.     I have been very impressed by the improved telephone response time. The staff I have spoken to have delt with my requests in a very business like way. Especially the pharmacy team. The main concern I have is regarding continuity of care. I have recently been discharged from oncology at HRI, something I was not aware of until one of the breast nurses found out for me. Nobody from the practice has contacted me to ask how I am doing? I have been reliant on the district nurses and others to refer me to the palliative care team. A quick phonecall, text or email would have been valued, since leaving hospital. I feel I have been left in limbo.

    I am more than happy with the surgery. Iv never had any issues getting an appt. There is one member of staff I wouldn't see again due to my son not having a referral he should of had a long time ago but other than that iv never had any issues. Staff and helpful and friendly.
