The doctor was able to improve my diagnosis of my condition by offering a new perspective. Much to my delight it appears my health complaint was not serious as I previously believed.

I have been a oatient at The Grange for nearly 35 years as my wife as also.I recently had an ear problem that was very professionally, sorted by the Grange.The staff,from the Doctors,to the nursing staff,and receptionist sare,and have always been fantastic to my wife,myself and my family.We will forever be in your debt.Thank you.

My husband was in great pain and the Doctor sent him straight up to the HRI for an MRI scan. This was a really important call as my husband was sent to Leeds General and had to have immediate spinal surgery. Thank you so much to the Dr who made the right call we are truly thankful for your quick diagnosis which was spot on.

I have only been at this practice for a relatively short time but I have found the professionalism and friendliness of the staff streaks ahead of my previous practice which was Woodhouse Hill Surgery. As I travel a lot my prescription requests sometimes need customising and I have received all the help I need from the staff.

Always friendly, efficient as much as Is possible within NHS constraints. Prompt answering of phone, and keeping to appointment times. Relative ease of booking appointments.

Having been alerted to a possible blood pressure issue at a recent medical, it was suggested that I make an appointment with my GP. The whole process from booking the appointment to the visit itself has been both friendly and very efficient. Thank you.

Staff were very polite and helpful, the only thing that I found difficult was the system as I needed antibiotics for a UTI but had to wait for a nurse triage even though I had taken a urine sample in with me

On three occasions since I have joined this practice eight months ago have I needed short notice appointments for myself or my family members and every time they’ve pulled through. The reception staff were so empathic when I called the last time, the issue I had the reception staff had also experienced and genuinely felt for me and the pain I was in. The doctors are amazing, I have visited a different doctor on each visit and they have all been lovely. I am really pleased with the service I’ve received here and I’m glad I chose this GP surgery for myself & my family. I highly recommend.
