I was very unwell and struggling to walk and breathe. I was immediately helped by the reception staff who were extremely kind and helpful getting me to where i needed and keeping me safe and reassured. I then saw a nurse who again the reception staff helped me to her room. She was also extremely kind, could see i was feeling really unwell and asked a dr to review me too. The kindness, care and concern from all the staff i met that day made me feel safe , secure and really cared about. They all made efforts to get a wheelchair for me and another nurse came with one to take me out to the car where my husband took over. Many thanks to all of you, i really couldn't praise you enough for maintaining such high levels of care through very difficult times. Thankyou from myself and my husband. Kindest regards Ros Yates

I had an asthma review and was very pleased with the outcome. My concerns were addressed and I felt listened to and unhurried - a most welcome experience.

Called to get appointment. Asked to complete an online request which I did with basic details of my knee issue. Called back twice hours later with offer of a physio appointment...Fantastic service thank you

On a rainy day when I was feeling very unsteady due to a sudden illness. My husband went to park the car. The receptionist saw I was struggling to stand and immediately pushed me in a wheelchair ,it was an act of extreme kindness & sensitivity which I won’t forget.

I recently attended the surgery for contraception which can be a very intimidating process but the staff at SMC were incredible. They relaxed my nerves and spoke as if I was a friend. They comforted me without bringing too much attention to the fact I was in discomfort. Would never think twice about going for another intimate exam at SMC!

With regard to recent health issues my husband has had and continues to have we can not fault the help and support he has received. The receptionists have always been helpful and accommodating with his appointments and the medical staff, whether it has been a doctor or the nurses have provided excellent support for him. As he has regular weekly appointments it really helps if he sticks within one or two of the nurses as they are able to monitor the ongoing treatment. It is also very useful having a pharmacy within the practice. The staff there are very pleasant and helpful.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Stourport Medical Centre. I rang with concerns about my mother. I used the call back option and within half an hour received a call. I was immediately transferred to a nurse who discussed Mum's issue with me. By the end of that day I receive confirmation of a plan to investigates the issue. This is not unusual. Every time I've had occasion to call for help or advice I have had a similar response. Given the challenges the medical profession are under, this really is an exceptional service. Huge thanks to everyone who works so hard to sustain this level of support. It's so reassuring to know we can get the help and support we need at a time when we most need it. You are all very much appreciated.
