I had a very good appointment, I don't believe that there is anything that could be improved upon, and another appointment was made for me very easily.

The nurse was very informative and gave us good advice for out forthcoming holiday. We were also given the typhoid vaccination that we will need. Something that exceeded our expectations was that we only came along for a consultation, but we were given a vaccination at the same time.

The appointment booking was easy and the call back system saved me bring on hold. I was able to get an appointment for the same day, which I needed. Able to see a GP on the same day I called and also I was able to collect my prescription straight away from the nearest chemist

A recent accident had made doing standing exercises difficult, so a simple set of seated exercises was provided. There was nothing that could have been done better, it was all good.

I had a great experience here when I came to see the Doctor. Southam Surgery is wonderful, and the Doctor listened and responded well to my needs.
