I was seen reasonably on time, and the injection that was given to me was painless. They told me about the side before I got my vaccine. They got me in promptly when I made enquiries about the shingles vaccine

A recent accident had made doing standing exercises difficult so a simple set of seated exercise were provided and I found this extremely beneficial. Nothing could be changed.

Very thorough doctor at GP surgery. We had to wait a bit past appointment time. Doctor remembered things that my daughter has spoke to her about

It was really easy to get an appointment for the same day and the GP was absolutely brilliant. They listened to me and my problems and gave me a shoulder to cry on. The doctors are just amazing and I really felt listened to and understood with no judgement.

My doctor was attentive, understand and reassuring. One thing that could be done better in the surgery is to have more appointments available as getting them in the first place is quite hard.

I have recently had an appointment with the doctors for ongoing health concerns and have experienced such a helpful, thorough and considerate consultation. Whilst I don't have a solution yet, it hasn't been for the want of trying on their part, and through their diligence and understanding I hope that we will get there soon. I want to add that I am impressed with the reception / admin team who responded to my variety of issues with efficiency and patience.
