Despite a short wait in the waiting room, once I was sent in I felt as though the doctor gave me the time I needed and I didn't feel rushed at all.

Call back service was great to book an initial appointment, seen by the doctor on the same day and treatment given. Appointment was on time and very efficient, thank you!

Very kind, caring and informative. Unfortunately I had quite a wait but was informed of this on my arrival so I was prepared. Also the doctor apologised at the beginning of my appointment. Her mannerism was excellent being very patient and caring. What we would all like from our doctor.

Great experience, nothing to fault. All the staff are lovely, friendly and very accommodating to any needs. The doctor was very reassuring, and helped to settle any worries that I had

Dr. was superb at reassuring me that my query/ health issue was fine. Exceedingly professional in every way, making me feel at ease with her happy disposition. I was given an appointment on the same day for a non urgent query. One that very happily put my mind at rest. I am extremely grateful. Thank you.
