Very caring attentive service. Didn't feel rushed and had a genuine concern about my condition. There is nothing that could have been done better.

Appointment time kept within reasonable limits. Dr M was kind, thorough and efficient. Very good service

As usual, the medical service offered by Southam Surgery was absolutely fine. However, I would like to be able to cycle to the surgery rather than drive, but there is nowhere for me to lock up my electric bike. You need some bike racks.

Doctor gave me a lot of time and really listened to me. Doctor said she needed to research something. Later I got a text saying she'd sent a prescription to the chemist for me.

Everyone was helpful and cheerful which is worth an awful lot these days. Nothing really could have been done better for me.

I saw the doctor on the same day I rang the surgery and he was very thorough and polite. I am very pleased to have been able to get an on the day face to face appointment with the doctor.

Both of my appointments were on time, the GP and nurses that I saw were friendly. There is nothing that you could have done better.
