we were greeted by the nurse as we entered the surgery.... made us feel welcome. Throughout the appointment the nurse addressed my elderly father with respect but also some humour, helping him relax and to feel 'listened to'. As his daughter, and carer, I appreciated the advice and encouragement. The purpose of the blood test and reason for next appointment were clearly and positively. The consistent support and care of the surgery is hugely appreciated.

Everything was okay for me. The clinical practitioner / pharmacist was very helpful. Nothing could have been done better.

I think the service overall was very good. The doctor was brilliant and understanding. I don't think there is anything they can do to improve the service.

The nurse that my daughter and myself saw, was very understanding and put her at ease. Was looked after all the way through the consultation.

Very good and reassuring team. The practice nurse was very good and reassuring also explained what the readings were for and what they meant. There is nothing that could have been done better.

Reception staff were excellent when I phoned to book an appointment and on turning up for said appointment. I was seen quickly when I attended the surgery. My issue was dealt with with empathy and understanding efficiently. Something that could be done better as a whole would be feedback on blood test results and consultant referrals. But that being said, one understands the demands of time.
