I saw a young doctor in my recent visit to Southam Surgery. I felt that the reception team was welcoming and the doctor was supportive.

I got in a bit earlier than my appointment time; the doctor was lovely and understood my needs. Couldn't have done anything better.

Registrar doctor was very helpful and dealt with my son really well. Got a ring back later with an update following a conversation with another doctor so appreciate a referral and the offer of help. Trainee doctor was so good with my 12 year old son what was a hard conversation around anxieties was actually a positive experience so thank you

The doctor was very helpful and explained to me what is best for me. They sent me all the information that I needed, alongside consulting me. The doctor was brilliant, always polite and very knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy with the treatment as always. Thank you for everything. Everything was excellent

Dr seemed to know what she was talking about, sent off a referral for me. Was happy to talk to me about another couple of smaller things I wanted her to check which she was more than happy to do, didn't feel rushed at all. Only down fall was the wait time, but I did get there 15 minutes early so that made the wait time even longer, but I think I waited around 20-25 mins not including the 15 mins early I arrived. Lots of Time taken to listen to concerns, and throughly check me over and access the issue I was having, referral done to have my issue checked out was beyond my expectation.

I rang as I was worried what was going on with me They fitted me in and the doctor was very reassuring I couldn't fault anything about the treatment I got. Reassurance made me feel I wasn't wasting there time Very professional

I don't come to the doctors very often, so when I do I need help. Efficient appointment, help full Doctor and even a follow up call with more advice

I saw the doctor last Friday morning. I had issues with my meds and have previously been given some conflicting and unhelpful advice. I found the Dr to be warm and friendly and to really know their stuff where menopause is concerned. They were patient and happy to reiterate several times without any condescension. Later that day I received a text with useful website info. I appreciated the doctors competence and compassion. The only thing that could've been done better is the waiting time, I did have to wait until 20 minutes after my allocated slot, but didn't mind as I would much rather wait and receive the excellent care that I did - thank you!
