The Doctor was very understanding and helpfull. Made contact with my consultant for advice. Nothing could have been done better.

The surgery staff were very friendly and did what they could to assist me. The Doctor listened to my problems and tried to come up with a solution in an empathetic and caring way. I felt as though I was being looked after. Thank you.

There was little to no wait to have to see the GP that we wanted to, this made our visit that little bit easier and reassuring.

Was able to get an appointment and a referral sorted extremely quickly. My referral letter came the next day which exceeded my expectations.

The appointment was right on time and I was made to feel very relaxed and informed. I have always had a great experience at the surgery. Thank you for making me feel at ease and welcomed.

Polite, courteous and got me in same day. Nothing could have been done better for me, as the appointment ran on time and the doctor was very informative.

All of my queries were answered and resolved. A plan was then put into place with referrals to investigate the problem. I was accommodated by giving me an appointment that coincided with my blood test.
