The doctor was very pleasant and helpful, and answered my query. The appointment was great and it was not made complex in any way.

Gp was very professional. She listened and was empathic. I was happy with the outcome. Could be better with less of a wait in the waiting room but wasn't actually too long.

The doctor I saw was a lovely man who listened to what I had to say and gave me good advice. Nothing springs to mind that could have been done better

Dr and the staff were very helpful. Dr spent a great deal of time with me on 20.02.2024 which was appreciated.

The doctor was exceptionally thorough with her explanation of what the treatment would entail. Checking with me all the way through the treatment ensuring I was not in too much pain. Made an unpleasant procedure bearable. Well done

Very good service. A face to face appointment was booked on the same day following a telephone appointment. It was on time and the doctor was welcoming and helpful. There was not anything you could have done better.

Very easy to get an appointment using the electronic system. Was seen by the GP in person within 24 hours of submitting information. Much easier and quicker than trying to phone. Happy with speediness of the system. Great care from the Dr once I was seen also.

Got an appointment straight away, very good service from reception. Got me in to see doctor in an hour.
