I was pleased to get an appointment so soon. Nothing could have been done better, it was fine. I was pleased to be offered a blood test after my appointment to follow up.

Appointment with nurse for wound dressing... on time... nurse took advice from doctor reference antibiotics... wound deemed satisfactory and dressed... good services and felt as though I was looked after.

Nearly on time, only 5 minutes late and the Doctor that I saw addressed my concern very well. There is nothing I feel that could have been done better on my visit to the surgery.

The appointment ran on time and the doctor listened to me and took it all on board and listened to all the questions that I had to ask with no judgement.

The doctor understood my situation and was very proactive about getting me sorted with an operation date and further tests. The ability to get an appointment so quickly is very good
