I was very pleased to get an appointment so soon, there was nothing that could have been done better and I was happy to be offered a blood test following my appointment.

Efficiently run, and there was no waiting and I was seen quite quickly. Alongside this my expectations were exceeded by being able to fitted in for my COVID booster

The doctor was very professional and caring, she listened to my issues and looked at possible reasons as to why my condition had probably returned, and then further on referred for me for the relevant tests that I would need. My expectations were met and more

I arrived and was called for my appointment straight away, punctual and efficient. The Practise Nurse was great, I was slightly nervous and she made me feel calm and relaxed and was all done quickly.

I have had two recent appointments - GP and Practise Nurse. Both listened - I didn't feel my concerns were disregarded/trivialised (as can sometimes happen). The doctor followed up promptly after my appointment which I really appreciate. Both were immensely professional and also kind - that makes such a difference.
