The GP team are experienced and swift at dealing with issues, however the reception team today were disinterested and somewhat lacking in empathy, which I have experienced before from this team.

We went for a flu jab. The staff were very polite and helpful as my wife has trouble walking they helped her into the doctors room. Thank you

Apart from parking difficulties no problem parking was a big problem as usual having to wait for someone to vacate space before I could park otherwise everything was fine

Just been for a flu jab. So efficient and well organised with friendly, caring, compassionate professional people on all levels from reception through to medical staff. I cant praise the staff enough at the practise. Keep up the excellent practise.

I had a prompt response to my appointment request & got a phone call to come for an appointment on the same day. I saw a physiotherapist & he was very friendly and helpful. I left the surgery with a plan of action & will go back for a review in a couple of months. I hear friends and family complaining about the poor quality of service they’ve received at their GP practices & l think ‘wow, l’m lucky, l don’t have that experience from Sloanes’. To the staff at Sloanes Medical Centre, thanks for making my experience a good one.

The Physiotherapist listened to my issue and gave me plenty of time to explain, he remained pleasant and polite and was happy to do a referral for me, I would recommend him for any physio issues you have

Straight ,in clear instructions where to go .friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience . Answered any questions I had . In short a relatively pleasant experience considering I was having an injection

Very helpful, informative was happy to spend time talking with me about my condition and how it was affecting me check me over and gave me advise on what I need to do myself as well as showing me what is happening to my body and why I'm in pain which help me to understand why Im aching

No problems at all. Very straight forward. Very little waiting time, less than 2 or 3 mins. Lovely nurse who was very thorough and explained everything.
