Dr was very understanding. She listened to me and we discussed my situation and both agreed that the way forward was further investigation to get to the bottom of the problem.

I don't attend very often, (2nd time in last year), on every occasion the doctors. Today the doctor was excellent. Very informative and friendly

I completely the online form about a sudden deterioration of long-term issues. I had a phone call from reception making me an appointment in a couple of days time to fit round work. GP listened to my concerns and was very thorough. Referred me to a specialist and organised a scan. Also, GP made me an appointment to see the physiotherapist based at the surgery the same day. I have seen this gentleman a couple of years ago, and he remembered me. He took time to listen to my concerns. We discussed the possible options in as much detail as I need. I was unsure at the time which to go for. So the physiotherapist suggested we book in a telephone appointment I a couple of days time. He has just contacted me as planned. The GP and physiotherapist were both very respectful and professional. I feel they gave me the time I needed and the have followed through the decisions made in a very timely manner. The GP appointment was at the Blackstock road surgery and the physiotherapist appointment was at the main surgery.

Filled out on line request appointment form. Had a call back same day and a face to face appointment made for the next day. Doctor very good and gave a positive diagnosis.

Easy to book my flu jab and then incredibly efficient once my appointment came round. I was probably there for 2 minutes at the most!

Flu vaccination was carried out very efficiently, from communication to confirmation to direction on arrival to quick checks and injection. Good job.

I received excellent service today. I was given an appointment on the day I contacted the surgery. I saw a physiotherapist who was incredibly professional, listened to all of my symptoms and questions, examined me with great care, and talked through how i would be referred.

An amazing way of providing vaccination to a large population, really well organised and executed 👍 I felt a bit squiffy after mine, and I was so looked after by the staff. Thank you so much.💐
