The Doctor I saw was very helpful she sorted me medication out and referred me to the hospital for some tests I've no complaints at all about the practice

The surgery lay-out was all set up for a swift through-put of patients. I was asked essential questions about my name, date of birth and whether I was feeling fit and well. It was all done efficiently,

I visited the surgery to receive my flu vaccination and was dealt with efficiently by 2 very helpful and professional staff. The whole experience was over in minutes and I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.

The triage system seems to work 4well. The doctor considered my problem, which resulted in a referral to check it out. I was very satisfied with my experience at Sloan's.

Seen on the day by professional clinician who appeared to be thorough and reassuring with an excellent manner. Felt confident that he had my best interest at all times

Online form completed Tuesday, appointment received for Thursday morning. Cancellation offered later for Wednesday but unable to make it in time so stuck with original date and time. Dr I saw was lovely, professional, empathetic and didn’t rush me. Referred for blood test and advised of other avenues if an appointment date was too far away at surgery. A cancellation was available the same day so I just had to wait 20 mins, saving me a trip at a later date. The nurse taking bloods was also professional, polite and made to feel at ease.
