Very pleasant and efficient staff. However I suggest that pensioners attend during weekday. As parking was busy , with shoppers and football, which meant traffic was heavy.

Attended for my flu injection didnt have to wait long seen to very quickly nurse very polite and put me at ease and job done

I attended for my flu vaccine, and the person giving it noticed that I had an appointment for an Rsv vaccine later in the week. She was able to administer it at the same time, saving me another trip to the surgery.

Visited for my flu jab, very quick and easy, no waiting, didn't hurt. Have been at this practice all my life, wouldn't want to go anywhere else

Had an appointment at 11:35 was checked in & told to wait upstairs. Was there for 40 mins & wasn’t called in. Had to ask if there was a delay. Turns out when I cancelled my flu vaccine on the Saturday (my pharmacy did both) the receptionist cancelled my med review one instead & then marked me as arrived for the sat flu vaccine on the Friday! I was squeezed in with a non prescribing nurse & I'm now waiting for a dr to contact me. Fuming didn’t cover it. No one knows how they marked me as arrived on a Friday for the sat appointment!

Straight in on time, no waiting, shown to room 9 where two female staff acted very professional. Couldn't have had better nurses
