    If you can get an appointment for when you need not 6-8 weeks later, and providing it’s with one of the GPS that actually listen you’re golden. However, I’ve left the surgery twice in tears as I’ve not felt listened to. I’ve also had to pay private, to prove the advice I was given was in fact detrimental to my recovery. I’ve logged a complaint about the treatment of my child before now, as again I wasn’t listened to and he had a chest infection. I cannot fault however, the care I receive from certain doctors. In in the future will insist I only have appointments with them.

    I was pleased with the response time and way in which the Dr dealt with my concern. Things were progressed quickly and a referral made within a day.

    Bit nervous but the Dr was lovely she explained things clearly so I came away feeling positive she recommended a medication but is checking with my cardiologist that they are ok to take with my heart medication

    While Acute issues are usually handled reasonably well, due to a chronic condition I need to be certain my medications are prescribed on time. If I use the System online website and order, I am the told I cant order for another 7 days or even two weeks. I have asked for this to be addressed many times including during medication reviews but nothing happens. In the end, I have become so frustrated I have moved to another practice but even before the move was started, I was told I could no longer use Patford House leaving me in limbo. Poor overall care.

    I was given an appointment with ease and attended as required. Staff were friendly and compassionate regarding my situation. The doctor was very professional, empathetic and understanding of my personal health issues. The assessment and prognosis was as I expected and it was discussed at length. Options provided for me were to my liking and were discussed in a manner that I could understand. I was able to ask questions and felt the replies provided were extremely well thought out. A plan of action was discussed and further appointments for bloods and urine tests followed. The results and further appointments were booked immediately and communicated via electronic media almost immediately sent . I was and am extremely happy with my treatment and consultation.
