    I have found the staff to be efficient and friendly. Very approachable. The appointment was quickly made and the information given during the appointment was clear and concise.

    Needed to have a joint injection. Lots of people had wound me up saying it was very painful. The doctor was very informative and reassuring. The experience overall was very good. Yes a small amount of pain but the doctor had explained things very well and put me at ease. X-ray was arranged and within 24hrs I’d been to hospital and already had it done. Brilliant service!

    My GP experience was very good. However I had to wait a month for an available appointment and at no point in my booking process was there an opportunity to request a specific gender of GP.

    Gp went out of his way to help with my complex medical needs and didn't rush me. He listened and helped no end. I always see the same gp at the practice for continuity. The rigmarole of getting an appointment is a pain as you can't choose a gp on the booking system just an appointment time. Messaging the surgery for an appointment often takes a week or more to get an answer.

    I had a positive and reassuring appointment with the gp. But I had asked for an appointment in the week of 13/12 visited minor injuries on Friday 15/12. In the meantime I had checked where my appointment request was. Waited for an appointment which I was sent the week of the 1st of Jan. Not good enough.

    Yesterday I returned to the doctors after the 2nd course of antibiotics failed to work. The doctor gave me time to share my thoughts & ask questions. He gave me his thoughts & advice and we agreed a plan a way forward. Thank you for taking the time to discuss with me and making me feel comfortable and confident about a way forward. Incredible job thank you.

    If you can get an appointment for when you need not 6-8 weeks later, and providing it’s with one of the GPS that actually listen you’re golden. However, I’ve left the surgery twice in tears as I’ve not felt listened to. I’ve also had to pay private, to prove the advice I was given was in fact detrimental to my recovery. I’ve logged a complaint about the treatment of my child before now, as again I wasn’t listened to and he had a chest infection. I cannot fault however, the care I receive from certain doctors. In in the future will insist I only have appointments with them.
