Booked appointment no problem, arrived and went in on time. Doctor was very helpful, though and explained everything to me. He didn't rush me and listened and answered my questions.

I had a good experience and found the doctor very helpful- we discussed several Slight problems l had and decided I would Need another blood test - which has been Arranged for me.

I gave a short summary of my symptoms, listened to closely by GP, who examined me and asked very relevant questions, before quickly coming to his conclusion and arranging XRay and medication. He was positive, polite, and professional in manner.

Considering I only requested an appointment a few hours earlier, it was comforting that a GP would see me. Signing in on arrival was straightforward using the monitor screen. Information relating estimated appointment time was displayed and really useful. I was called into Drs surgery on time and received exceptional help and service.

The doctor I saw was very thorough and didn’t tube discussing my problems and us getting bloods done a scan X-ray. I could not ask for more.

Had an in person appointment for 0900 so had arranged to go straight to work afterwards. Received a text at 0830 to say Dr was sick so would receive a phone appointment in stead. The surgery were unable to give me an approximate time so I had to take the whole day off unpaid. (Sadly, unlike the Dr I don’t get sick pay). When I eventually got the phone call the Dr asked me what I wanted yet it was them who asked me to make the appointment!
